Obiee Installation

Oracle BI Installation

System requirement

* Windows OS
* Oracle 9i or 10i 0r sql
* Third party Installation required for Installing Orable BI
so need to install 1).JAVA SDK 1.5.0 or higher and 2).Microsoft Data access control(MDAC) and 3)IIS Server
* Changing the DEP(Data Excecution Prevention) Setting.
-Windows 2003 and XP the DEP is turned on default for all windows program.So before install obiee turn off
DEP and after installation its change to turn on.
-Path:- Start,control panel,Performance,System,Advance,Perfomance settings,Turn on/off
* Install complete Oracle BI suite with oracle application server containers for J2EE(OC4J)
-Run program setup.exe
-Select complete component type
-basic Installation type installs repository,presentation catalog,XML datasource.
